Held Retreat- A Gentle Return to Loving Yourself Experience
February 12–15, 2025 4 Days / 3 Nights | Intimate • Nourishing • Deeply Restorative
HELD Retreat
This Isn’t a Retreat About Becoming Someone New
It’s about remembering who you were before the world asked you to give more than you had.
Somewhere along the way, loving yourself became conditional.
Earned. Delayed. Put last.
This retreat is a pause from that pattern.
The Held Retreat is for those who are tired of pushing, fixing, and holding it all together—and are ready to be held instead.
Not in a dramatic way.
In a real way.
A regulated, grounded, deeply human way.
Why This Retreat Exists
Most people don’t struggle with self-love because they don’t understand it.
They struggle because their nervous system has never felt safe enough to rest inside it.
So we start there.
With the body.
With breath.
With stillness.
With nourishment.
With being seen—without needing to explain yourself.
This retreat gently unwinds years of self-pressure and self-abandonment, so self-love becomes something you experience… not something you perform.

This Retreat Is For You If…
• You give deeply—but feel quietly depleted
• You’ve been “strong” for a long time
• You’re craving rest that actually lands in your body
• You want to soften without losing your edge
• You’re ready to be cared for without guilt
• You sense something inside you wants more space to breathe
You don’t need to be broken.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You just need a safe container to come home to yourself.
Intimate Co-ed Setting & Community
With a maximum of just 10 guests, this retreat is intentionally designed as an intimate, personalized experience rather than a large, impersonal gathering. You will have the opportunity to connect deeply with like-hearted men and women who are on similar paths of healing and self-discovery.
The small-group, co-ed setting allows for meaningful conversation, individualized guidance from your facilitators, and a feeling of true safety and belonging—so you can relax your guard, be authentic, and be held in a community that sees and celebrates you
What you WILL RECIEVE INTERNALLY:
Daily Movement & Rest Practices
Gentle yoga, restorative sequences, and embodied movement designed to soothe the nervous system—not override it.
Transformational Breathwork + Sound
Breath practices that quiet mental noise, release stored tension, and reconnect you to the present moment.
Some sessions may feel emotional. Some peaceful. Some quietly profound. All are supported.
Meditation & Yoga Nidra
Deep rest that goes beyond sleep—allowing your system to reset and integrate.
Nature & Integration Time
Hiking, journaling, spacious afternoons, and moments of silence to let insights land.
Cacao & Fire Ceremony
A closing ritual to honor what’s ready to be released—and what wants to rise next.
We work with ceremonial cacao, paired with intentional fire ritual to metabolize old stories and anchor new ones.
Optional 1:1 Sessions
Private healing, bodywork, or integration sessions available at an additional cost.
Nourishment That Feels Like Care
All meals are chef-prepared, seasonal, and deeply nourishing—designed to support digestion, energy, and emotional balance.
Food here isn’t restrictive or performative.
It’s grounding.
Beautiful.
Satisfying.
Your Stay
• Beautiful double-occupancy accommodations
• Pool, infrared sauna, and hot tub
• Quiet desert setting designed for nervous system repair
• Small group (max 10 guests) for intimacy and personalized care

What You’ll Leave With
Not a “new version” of yourself.
But a truer one.
• More internal spaciousness
• A softer relationship with your body
• Tools to regulate instead of override
• Clearer emotional boundaries
• A lived sense of worth—not a concept
Self-love stops being something you try to practice.
It becomes something you live from.
An Invitation
If something in you softened while reading this…
That’s not coincidence.
It’s recognition.
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to wait to be worthy.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Your spot is intentionally limited.
When the group is complete, registration closes.
Reserve your place and give yourself something real to come home to.
Investment and booking
Your investment for this all-inclusive retreat is 1,555 USD per guest for double occupancy (two guests per room, each with their own bed), with a 333 USD non-refundable deposit required to hold your space. This investment includes accommodations, all scheduled group activities, use of on-site amenities, and all meals during the retreat; optional private sessions can be added for an additional fee.
