Energy Healing is a gentle, intentional touch-based heart-centered energy therapy that promotes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being in balance. It is calming and nurturing. This healing is a biofield therapy and promotes thorough assessment and treatment with aftercare integrating in several different modalities including hands-on, hands over the body, sound healing, crystals, intention setting, and essential oils to support the client’s highest good. It can be used to treat the "Imbalanced Energy Field" diagnosis of the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association
(NANDA-1). A set of standardized, non-invasive techniques known as Energy Healing is used to balance, energize, and clear the energy fields of people and the environment. Energy Healing supports a person's innate ability to heal by helping to create a coherent and balanced energy field.
All ages can safely use it, and it complements, harmonizes with, and can be combined with Western modernized medical care.
Certification
This transcultural course of study, which is firmly based in psychology and methodology, encourages a thorough investigation of the human energy system, traditional healing practices, and the characteristics of a therapeutic alliance, healing presence, and compassionate care within an energetic framework. In addition to applying the distinctive theories and concepts of holistic health and wellness from an energetic foundation and perspective, participants learn about the scientific underpinnings and evidence-based practice that support this energy therapy.
This remarkable Three-Course Certificate program, which is both highly experiential and didactic, progresses from introductory to advanced practice, preparing the student for a pivotal role in the developing field of complementary and integrative wellness and true health care.
Level One Foundations
Course Outline
We examine the theoretical underpinnings of holistic wellness practices and their relationship to the central principles that inform Energy Healing practice. Acquiring energy healing techniques in the etheric field and comprehending their interaction with the human biofield go hand in hand.
Course Objectives
The participant who completes the training will be able to:
1. Explore qualities and self-care needs of a Energy Healing Practitioner.
2. Discuss the facets of Energy Healing and correlate techniques that support physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual healing.
3. Demonstrate Healing Presence: the ability to remain grounded, present, and heart centered.
4. Describe personal perceptions of subtle energy/heart-centeredness.
5. Apply the Energy Healing Framework to a variety of energy interventions.
6. Evaluate the seven energy centers (chakras) and related energy layers that surround the body.
7. Describe the rationale with the use of specific Energy Healing techniques.
8. Discuss the Energy Healing Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and Scope of Practice required of a beginning Energy Healing student.

Energetic Patterning & Advanced Healer Preparation
Pre-requisite: Completion of Energy Healing Level 1 / Foundations
This level is where your healing work deepens — not by doing more, but by listening more clearly, trusting your presence, and learning how to work with patterns instead of symptoms.
Energy Healing Level 2 is designed for practitioners who feel ready to expand their confidence, refine their skills, and step into holding space with greater clarity and integrity. It’s for those who want to move beyond individual techniques and begin to understand how energy organizes itself over time — through life experiences, behaviors, emotions, and the body itself.
Here, we blend clinical awareness with intuitive depth.
You’ll learn how to conduct therapeutic, heart-centered intake conversations that build trust and guide your sessions with intention. You’ll refine your ability to assess chakras and the layers of the biofield, recognize energetic and behavioral patterns, and choose interventions that truly support repatterning and restoration.
At the same time, we focus deeply on you as the practitioner — your grounding, your nervous system, your energetic hygiene, and your ability to elevate and stabilize your own vibration so deeper work can happen safely and sustainably.
This training supports you in confidently facilitating and documenting a full one-hour Energy Healing session, while maintaining professionalism, ethics, and compassion in every interaction.
In this heart-centered training, you will:
- Deepen your ability to remain grounded, present, and heart-centered while working in the energy field
- Conduct therapeutic intake interviews that foster trust, clarity, and meaningful insight
- Recognize how past experiences can shape physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health
- Assess the chakras and multi-layered biofield with greater precision
- Refresh and refine your Level 1 techniques
- Learn and apply advanced techniques that support spinal health, nervous system regulation, and whole-body comfort
- Elevate your personal energetic vibration to safely access upper layers of the biofield
- Facilitate and document complete one-hour Energy Healing sessions with clarity and care
- Integrate ethical practice, scope of practice, and professional standards into your healing work
You will learn how to:
- Open your energy field — and your client’s — for deeper healing using Spiral Meditation
- Use expanded assessment tools to guide session flow and intervention
- Relieve pain and tension through a 5-step back and neck sequence
- Blend chakra balancing with emotional awareness through Body-Centered Interviewing
- Calm the mind and nervous system with a modified Mind Clearing technique
- Support lymphatic, glymphatic, and spinal flow through intentional energetic interventions
Techniques explored include:
Chakra Connection, Spiral Meditation, Hopi Technique, Spinal Flush, Core Star Expansion, Hara Alignment, Spinning Chakras, Glymphatic and Lymphatic Support, Fifth Layer Healing, Chelation, Spinal Clearing, and advanced session integration.
Throughout the weekend, we also weave in ethical considerations, documentation practices, and professional boundaries — not as rigid rules, but as the container that allows this work to stay clean, respectful, and deeply supportive for both practitioner and client.
