Who We Are: Lana & Mark Royce

At the heart of Blisstopia are two people who have spent their lives walking the path they now offer to others.

We’re Lana and Mark—partners in life, in business, and in a shared mission to help people heal, grow, and thrive. For us, wellness isn’t just a profession—it’s how we live, breathe, and move through the world. Together, we’ve built Blisstopia as a sanctuary where others can do the same.

Our journey started decades ago, long before Blisstopia existed. Lana has spent over 30 years studying yoga, meditation, somatic healing, energy work, and holistic health. She’s taught hundreds of students to reconnect with their bodies and breath, offering the tools to move through life with more peace, grace, and awareness. Her work is rooted in compassion, always meeting people exactly where they are—no judgment, just invitation.


Mark’s path led him into martial arts, fitness, breathwork, and small business leadership. His early life experience surviving personal trauma lit the fire for his lifelong study of resilience, self-discipline, and personal growth. Through martial arts and movement, Mark teaches not just physical strength, but emotional balance and mental clarity—bringing ancient principles into modern life in a way that feels real and accessible.

Together, we’ve blended these worlds into a retreat experience that’s holistic, personal, and transformative. We believe true wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about cultivating practices that support you mentally, physically, and emotionally, for life.
