What Is the Blisstopian Reset?

The Blisstopian Reset is a 2-hour transformational breathwork and sound healing experience designed to help you:

  • Release what's holding you back
  • Reconnect with your intuition
  • Step into your fullest potential

At the heart of this experience is conscious, controlled, deep belly diaphragmatic breathing—combined with expert guided facilitation and immersive sound healing. This method is one of the fastest and most effective ways to enter a meditative state, where you can begin accessing and reshaping subconscious patterns.


How to Prepare

Before the Event

For the best experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • ✅ Eat a very light dinner (avoid red meat if possible - Fasting for the day is event better)— no later than 3:30 PM
  • 🚫 No alcohol on the day of the event
  • 🚫 No substances (drugs, marijuana, etc.) on the day of the event


What to Bring

  1. Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
  2. A journal
  3. A water bottle
  4. A willingness to do the work — and to breathe
  5. Openness to being comfortably uncomfortable
  6. An open mind and an open heart
💛 Everyone will have the opportunity to share during the Cacao Ceremony at the close of the session — this is always optional.

  • Cardiovascular conditions or high/abnormal blood pressure

  • Severe mental health conditions (including psychosis or bipolar disorder)
  • Glaucoma, recent surgery, or osteoporosis
  • Pregnancy
  • Any condition requiring ongoing medical or psychological supervision

If you are unsure, we strongly recommend seeking medical guidance before attending.

You are responsible for listening to your body and adjusting your participation as needed.


How to Prepare — Virtual Participants (Zoom):

Once you have submitted your donation and secured your spot:

  1. Complete the required Intake Form & Waiver (The Blisstopian Reset (intake & waiver) - Google Forms)
  2. Log on and be ready at least 10 minutes before the 6:00 PM start time
  3. Lie flat on your back — no pillow needed
  4. Use headphones or quality speakers for the best sound experience
  5. Be in a quiet, distraction-free space
  6. Come with an open mind and a willingness to breathe deeply


How to Prepare — (In Studio Guests):

In-Person Guests: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. All setup instructions will be given during the introduction.
