What is included in the retreat price?

Most retreats include accommodations, daily yoga and meditation, workshops, wellness practices, and nourishing meals. Some retreats may also offer optional add-ons such as private healing sessions or excursions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we do allow transfers to another retreat date if you need to change your plans within a certain timeframe. Full details are shared at booking.

What should I pack for a retreat?

Comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation, a journal, reusable water bottle, swimwear (for pool or cold plunge), and layers for desert mornings/evenings. We provide yoga mats, props, and all workshop supplies.

Yes! Many of our guests come solo, and we create a warm, welcoming environment where new friendships naturally form.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We provide nourishing meals and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs with advance notice.

What additional healing services are available?

During your stay, you may book private sessions in Reiki, bioresonance hair analysis, energy healing, transformational breathwork, or hypnotherapy.

Can I rent the retreat center for my own event?

Yes! Blisstopia Retreats is available for private rentals. Contact us to host your own retreat, workshop, or gathering in our serene desert setting.

Event Rental Pricing

Available for Half-Day (4 hours) or Full-Day (8 hours) Events

Host your workshop, training, yoga class, cacao ceremony, sound bath, meditation session, or intimate gathering in our beautifully appointed retreat space.

Half-Day Rental (4 Hours)

Donation: $299

Includes:

Access to the yoga room with mats, blocks, and props.
Entertainment center in the family room (65” Smart TV and media setup).
Lower level of the villa, including living and sitting rooms, two bathrooms, and limited kitchen access (no cooking).
All outdoor amenities: unheated pool, hot tub, patio and furniture, pool deck, and outdoor yoga deck.
Private hiking trails.

Not Included:

Cooking or full kitchen use.
Access to bedrooms or bedroom bathrooms.
Garage access.

Requirements:

Maximum of 20 guests (including host).
Additional guests must be pre-approved; extra fees may apply.
Proof of event insurance (General Liability naming Blisstopia Retreats as insured).
Credit card required at check-in for incidentals.
No parties or alcohol consumption (a single glass of wine is permitted).
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
All guests must check in and sign a waiver.
Space must be returned to original condition upon departure.

Full-Day Rental (8 Hours)

Donation: $499

Includes:

All amenities listed in the 4-hour rental.

Not Included:

Cooking or full kitchen use.
Access to bedrooms or bedroom bathrooms.
Garage access.

Requirements:

Same as listed above for the half-day rental.

Optional Add-On:

Full kitchen use: additional $249 donation (includes utensils, cookware, and equipment).
Full & complete cleanup is required at the end of use.

Reservation & Payment Details

To reserve your date, a non-refundable Retainer/Donation of 50% of the total rental cost is required once your event is approved.

If booking more than 90 days in advance, a payment plan (2–4 payments) can be arranged.
Final payment is due in full no later than 30 days before your event date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 121 days before the event: 100% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable Retainer/Donation.
Cancellations within 120 days or less: all payments, including the Retainer, are non-refundable.

Private Membership Association and Donations

BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is NOT A PUBLIC ENTITY; BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is neither a public corporation, business, partnership, company, estate, joint stock company, statutory trust, public association, nor any form of for‑profit entity of any kind.

BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is created as a separate, lawful, spiritual, and private organization operating as a Faith Based Ministry in accordance with Title 26 USC section 508(c)(1)(A), functioning as a 508(c)(1)(a) Unincorporated Tax‑Exempt Association/Faith Based Organization Wellness Ministry.

All offerings—including rental of any part of all of the facilities, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Ayurveda, fitness, and energy work—are provided in a private, spiritual‑educational setting for members only and are not open to the general public.
Blisstopia Yoga, Blisstopia Wellness Center, and Blisstopia Institute are ministries operating under the umbrella of Blisstopia Retreats as part of this 508(c)(1)(a) Unincorporated Tax‑Exempt Association/Faith Based Organization Wellness Ministry.

Blisstopia Retreats relies on voluntary donations and contributions from its members to maintain the facilities, operations, and spiritual mission of Blisstopia.
By participating as a member, I understand that any funds transferred to Blisstopia—whether labeled as fees, tuitions, tickets, contributions, or otherwise, and whether processed through Stripe, Wellness Living, or any other payment platform—are private member donations made in support of the ministry, and not commercial purchases from or sales to the general public.

Participation in any Blisstopia activities signifies acceptance of, and membership within, the Blisstopia Private Membership Association, and all offerings are provided within this private member relationship.
