Surrounded by peaceful desert landscapes, open sky, and native wildlife, our welcoming villa is thoughtfully designed for gatherings that nurture mindfulness, community, and meaningful experience.

Whether you're hosting a yoga workshop, sound bath, cacao ceremony, corporate training, meditation retreat, or intimate celebration, Blisstopia offers a rare blend of natural beauty and modern comfort — where every detail supports your vision.

Our Amenities

Indoors:

• A spacious yoga and movement room equipped with mats, blocks, blankets, and props
• An inviting family room with a 65" Smart TV media center for presentations, streaming, or relaxation
• Comfortable living and sitting rooms to encourage conversation and gathering
• Two convenient guest bathrooms on the lower level
• Limited kitchen access (full kitchen use available as an add-on)

Outdoors:

• Unheated pool, soothing hot tub, and generous patio with lounge furniture
• A dedicated outdoor yoga deck overlooking the desert landscape
• Direct access to private hiking trails — immerse yourself and your guests in the beauty of Arizona's desert flora and open sky

Event Rental Pricing

All rentals are available for Half-Day (4 hours) or Full-Day (8 hours) bookings.

We use the word "donation" in our pricing to reflect our value of community and intentional giving. All donations are required to confirm your booking.

🌿 Half-Day Rental — $299 Donation (4 Hours)

Includes:

• Yoga room with mats, blocks, blankets, and props
• Family room entertainment center (65" Smart TV and media setup)
• Lower level of the villa: living room, sitting room, and two bathrooms
• Limited kitchen access (no cooking)
• All outdoor amenities: unheated pool, hot tub, patio, lounge furniture, pool deck, and outdoor yoga deck
• Access to private hiking trails

Not Included:

• Cooking or full kitchen use
• Access to bedrooms or bedroom bathrooms
• Garage access

🌞 Full-Day Rental — $499 Donation (8 Hours + 1 Hour Setup/Teardown = 9 Total Hours)

Includes:

• Everything listed in the Half-Day rental
• One additional hour built in for setup and teardown (total of 9 scheduled hours)

Not Included:

• Cooking or full kitchen use
• Access to bedrooms or bedroom bathrooms
• Garage access

Optional Add-On:

• Full Kitchen Use — $249 additional donation Includes access to utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Full and complete cleanup is required upon use.

Any time used beyond your scheduled booking will be billed at $100/hour, due at the end of your rental period.

Reservation & Payment

To reserve your date:

1. Submit your event inquiry for approval
2. Once approved, a non-refundable 50% Retainer/Donation is required to hold your date
3. A DocuSign rental agreement will be sent to you for signature upon receipt of your deposit
4. Your remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your event date

Payment Plan Option: If booking more than 90 days in advance, a payment plan of 2–4 installments can be arranged.

Additional time used beyond your booking will be charged at $100/hour, due at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 121 days before the event: 100% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable Retainer/Donation.
• Cancellations within 120 days or less: all payments, including the Retainer, are non-refundable.

Event Requirements & Guidelines

To protect the peaceful integrity of our space and ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, please review the following before booking.

Capacity

• Maximum of 20 guests (including the host) for standard rentals
• Additional guests must be pre-approved; extra fees may apply
• Groups of 22–50 guests are welcome with advance planning; porta-potty facilities are required for groups over 22 and must be arranged by the renter

Timing

• Your rental period begins and ends promptly at the scheduled times, regardless of late arrival
• Your booking includes setup, teardown, and cleaning — please plan accordingly
• Full-day rentals include one bonus hour for setup and teardown (9 hours total)

Required at Booking / Check-In

• Proof of General Liability Event Insurance naming Blisstopia Retreats as additionally insured
• Credit card on file at check-in for incidentals
• All guests must sign a waiver upon arrival

Permitted Events

Workshops, yoga classes, trainings, meditation sessions, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, movement classes, and intimate gatherings are all warmly welcome.

Rules & Restrictions

• No parties
• No loud music
• No alcohol (a single glass of wine is permitted)
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Events involving smoke effects require prior written consent.
• No fire, glitter, or harsh chemicals
• No pets
• No food in the yoga studio (to prevent pests); exceptions may be made for full-day rentals — note that an additional cleaning fee may apply
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be admitted
• Use of tables, chairs, or large props requires advance approval

Vendors & Deliveries

• Outside vendors and caterers are welcome
• All vendors must be licensed, bonded, and insured
• Deliveries must be made at the front door only

Parking

• Parking is available on the south side of the villa

After Your Event

• The space must be returned to its original condition upon departure
• Full cleanup is the responsibility of the renter

BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is NOT A PUBLIC ENTITY; BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is neither a public corporation, business, partnership, company, estate, joint stock company, statutory trust, public association, nor any form of for‑profit entity of any kind.

BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is created as a separate, lawful, spiritual, and private organization operating as a Faith Based Ministry in accordance with Title 26 USC section 508(c)(1)(A), functioning as a 508(c)(1)(a) Unincorporated Tax‑Exempt Association/Faith Based Organization Wellness Ministry.

All offerings—including rental of any part of all of the facilities, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Ayurveda, fitness, and energy work—are provided in a private, spiritual‑educational setting for members only and are not open to the general public.
Blisstopia Yoga, Blisstopia Wellness Center, and Blisstopia Institute are ministries operating under the umbrella of Blisstopia Retreats as part of this 508(c)(1)(a) Unincorporated Tax‑Exempt Association/Faith Based Organization Wellness Ministry.

Blisstopia Retreats relies on voluntary donations and contributions from its members to maintain the facilities, operations, and spiritual mission of Blisstopia.
By participating as a member, I understand that any funds transferred to Blisstopia—whether labeled as fees, tuitions, tickets, contributions, or otherwise, and whether processed through Stripe, Wellness Living, or any other payment platform—are private member donations made in support of the ministry, and not commercial purchases from or sales to the general public.

Participation in any Blisstopia activities signifies acceptance of, and membership within, the Blisstopia Private Membership Association, and all offerings are provided within this private member relationship.
