HOW TO PREPARE
- Once you have submitted your donation and secured your spot - please complete our REQUIRED Intake Form & waiver: INTAKE FORM & WAIVER
- For online participants - be prepared and ready to go a minimum of 10 minutes before start time
- Lie flat on your back (no pillow)
- Use headphones or quality speakers
- Be in a quiet, distraction-free space
- Come with an open mind—and willingness to breathe deeply
- In person guests - arrive 10-15 mins early - all instructions will be given during the introduction
