Blisstopia Retreats is a private, serene desert mountain sanctuary for wellness retreats, teacher trainings, and intentional gatherings. If you’re planning a yoga retreat, healing immersion, or transformational training, our property offers a sacred space for rest, renewal, and connection.

1) Step 1: Inquire about availability (what to do now)

What you’ll submit: your proposed dates + a brief description of your retreat vision.
What happens next: we review it and respond with availability and scheduling guidance.

Send an email to:  info@blisstopiaretreats.com  with your requested dates & one alternate date, and what the purpose of your retreat is all about.

2) Step 2: Application (required to move forward)

After you inquire, if your retreat looks like a strong fit, you’ll be asked to complete the Retreat Host Application.

Important: Application completion is required to schedule a Retreat Hosting Meeting.

3) Step 3: Hosting meeting (confirm details)

Once your application is complete, you will schedule a hosting meeting to align on:

• retreat structure and flow
• guest experience needs
• rental expectations and any special considerations

4) Step 4: Secure your dates (deposit/terms)

To secure your retreat dates, a non-refundable 15% deposit/retainer is required (plus the cleaning fee).

Rental guidelines

• Max overnight occupancy: 17 guests
• No children under 16
• No outside guests without prior approval
• Check-in: 3:00pm | Check-out: 11:00am
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No smoking, vaping, drugs, or disruptive parties
• No pets
• Shoes removed inside the villa
• Property is not wheelchair accessible

Safety/incidentals: Credit card required on file for incidentals/damages

Weeknight & Weekend:

Off-Peak Season (Jun 1 – Sep 30)

Extended stay discounts and retreat packages may be available.

Meals & transportation

Meal plan service (optional): Ayurvedic-inspired, organic, gluten-free; vegan/vegetarian/protein options by customization. Invoiced separate from rental.  Submit $200 donation/deposit to secure the service, send final guest count + dietary needs in advance 72 hours from retreat check in.

Transportation: Blisstopia Retreats does not provide airport transportation. Uber/Lyft are the easiest options from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Promotion

Important: Blisstopia Retreats does not promote host-led retreats and cannot list your retreat on our website. Marketing and participant enrollment are the sole responsibility of the retreat host.

Cancellation terms

• More than 180 days before your retreat: full refund of additional payments made, minus the non-refundable retainer/donation
• 179 days or fewer: no refunds issued
