300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
The Art of Holding. The Depth of Being.
There comes a moment…
Where you realize—
It’s not about learning more poses.
It’s not about getting more flexible.
Or having the perfect sequence.
And even with your 200hr…
something still feels like it’s missing.
Not externally.
But in how you feel when you’re teaching.
You might notice it when:
- a student is struggling and you’re not sure how to support them
- something emotional comes up in class and you feel it… but don’t know how to hold it
- you’re cueing from memory instead of presence
- your classes feel “fine”… but not fully alive
- And you start to feel it…
There’s another level here.
This training is for you if…
You’re a 200hr certified teacher who knows there’s more
You want to teach from intuition—not memorization
You care about your students’ experience beyond the physical
You’re ready to deepen into the body, the nervous system, and the energy underneath it all
Or…
You feel a quiet pull toward something deeper
even if you can’t fully explain it yet
What Makes This Different
Most 300hr trainings give you more information.
This one refines how you experience and respond in real time.
We focus on:
- Awareness over performance
- Presence over perfection
- Safety before intensity
- Understanding the human in front of you—not just the pose
Because that’s what actually changes the way you teach.
This Is Where Yoga Becomes Real
This is where you learn to:
- read the body, not just cue it
- recognize nervous system responses
- slow down when something deeper is happening
- support different bodies, injuries, and sensitivities
- hold space when emotions arise (without shutting them down or overstepping)
And just as important…
You learn how to do that for yourself.
The Structure
300 Hours | 2 Modules (150 Hours Each)
Hybrid: Virtual + Immersion Experience
Module 1: The Body & The Field
You’ll deepen into:
- Somatic anatomy + real body mechanics
- Nervous system awareness + regulation
- Therapeutic and adaptive sequencing
- Breathwork + energetic awareness
- Sound + subtle body integration
This is where you begin to see what’s actually happening.
Module 2: The Art of Holding
This is where it becomes yours.
- Advanced teaching + intuitive cueing
- Holding emotional and energetic space
- Yoga Nidra + meditation facilitation
- Trauma-aware approaches
- Creating your unique offering
This is where you stop trying to teach like someone else…
and start trusting your own way.

The Experience
This isn’t just a certification.
It’s a space where:
- you’re supported, not judged
- you can explore without needing to be perfect
- you’re allowed to not have it all figured out
It’s part training…
part reset…
part coming back to yourself.

Common Questions
Do I have to want to teach?
No. Many people join for personal growth and depth in their practice.
What if I don’t feel “ready”?
Most people don’t. That’s actually the point.
You grow into it here.
Is this more advanced physically?
Not in the way you might think.
This is about awareness—not intensity.
How is this different from other 300hr trainings?
We don’t just teach information.
We teach you how to:
- read people
- hold space
- trust your instincts
Do I need experience in energy work or healing?
No. Everything is taught in a grounded, accessible way.
What People Feel (Testimonials)
“This was the first time I actually understood how to be with someone, not just teach them.”
“I came in thinking I needed more knowledge…
I left realizing I needed more trust in myself.”
“This changed the way I see people… not just how I teach yoga.”
If You’re Still Reading…
Something in you is already considering this.
Not loudly.
Not urgently.
But it’s there.
You don’t need to decide everything right now.
But if you want to explore it…
ask questions…
or just feel into whether this is aligned—
You’re welcome to reach out 🤍
No pressure. Just a conversation.
This isn’t for everyone.
And it’s not meant to be.
But for the right person…
it becomes something that changes not just how you teach—
but how you show up in your life.
Specialization Within the Training (This is where it becomes yours)
Within each module, 60 hours are dedicated to specialization—
not as an add-on… but as a core part of your evolution.
Most 300hr trainings include specialty modules like Yin, Prenatal, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra to deepen a teacher’s skillset and expand their ability to work with different populations and needs
But here… we approach it a little differently.
This isn’t about collecting certifications.
It’s about finding your lane—
the way you are meant to guide, support, and hold others.
Your Specialization Pathways (woven into both modules)
You’ll be guided into one—or an intuitive blend—of the following:
Deep Rest & Nervous System Work
- Yoga Nidra (subconscious + integration work)
- Restorative Yoga (true nervous system repair)
- Meditation Facilitation (presence + awareness training)
Somatic & Subtle Body Practices
- Yin Yoga (fascia, stillness, emotional holding patterns)
- Somatic & Trauma-Informed Yoga
- Breathwork Facilitation (beyond traditional pranayama)
Life Transitions & Special Populations
- Prenatal Yoga (supporting pregnancy, identity shifts, and transitions)
- Women’s Cyclical Practices / Hormonal Support
- Yoga for Anxiety, Burnout & Emotional Regulation (therapeutic application)
Energy & Spiritual Integration
- Sound Healing & Yoga Nāda
- Chakra-Based Practices & Energy Awareness
- Kundalini-Inspired Practices (awakening + containment of energy)
Functional + Modern Applications
- Adaptive / Chair Yoga (commonly included in advanced programs)
- Therapeutic Yoga for injuries + conditions
- Private Session & Client-Based Work
Why This Matters
Most teachers leave trainings knowing a little about a lot.
This is different.
You leave with:
- depth in a direction
- a clear offering
- confidence in how you support people
Because specialization isn’t about doing more…
It’s about becoming more refined in what you already feel called to do.
You won’t be told:
“Pick this path.”
You’ll be guided to notice:
- What are you naturally drawn to?
- Where do people already open with you?
- What kind of space do you hold without trying?
That’s your work.
And this part of the training helps you trust it.
