I am registered for an upcoming retreat or event, what is next?
When we receive your registration an email will be sent with more information about the retreat. You will also receive an INTAKE FORM & Waiver in your email. The intake form and waiver are a required detail to attend the retreat. Please complete ASAP.
If you do not receive any details after 72 hours - please text us at 623-986-2899
When is the final payment due, & How Do I Make that Payment?
An invoice will be sent via email. Payment is due on or before 30 days prior to your retreat Check-in. Retreat Payments can be sent via Zelle (preferred) Venmo, PayPal, or Credit card. For ALL credit card transactions, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the total.
What Are the Accommodations Like?
- Blisstopia Retreats features a large 2-story villa with 6,800 sq ft of space
- 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms
- Family room, dining room, and front foyer sitting room
- Rooms are shared accommodations with separate beds for each guest
- We limit our retreats to 17 guests.
- Features a very nice Indoor yoga studio, & Outdoor Yoga Studio.
- Relaxing swimming pool with waterfall
- Outdoor yoga deck/fitness area
- Outdoor games including Bocce Ball, Cornhole bags, horseshoes & others
- Desert mountain hiking trails right outside our backyard gate
- Nature hikes and mountain meditation with breathtaking views
- Bedrooms are shared with two to four other guests unless you book a private room.
- Shared bath per room.
- When booking, you'll be able to choose your accommodation - private or shared - first-come, first-serve on all rooms.
- Linens and towels are furnished.
- Wireless internet available
- The villa features a full spacious gourmet kitchen, a living and dining area, and a large patio with incredible mountain views.
- Outdoor patio grill & full kitchen.
- The Villa also features stone fireplace in the family room, a 2nd gas fireplace in the front foyer, an outdoor gas firepit, and a wood-burning fire pit.
- Laundry facilities on both 1st and 2nd floors. (detergent is not provided)
What's the Yoga Like?
- Yoga is for all levels, including beginners and advanced students.
- If you have limitations, please share the information on the guest intake form after booking.
- Check the specific retreat schedule for the amount and frequency of yoga.
- We meet you right where you are at!
- Our experienced and skilled teachers lead you through your practice. However, it is always YOUR practice.
What About Injuries or Food Allergies/dietary Restrictions?
The intake form you will be sent immediately after registering will ask about any issues you are currently dealing with: Please share any injuries, limitations, medications that may affect your ability to participate etc..
Injuries: If you have specific injuries or health conditions that may interfere with your yoga practice or other activities, please indicate the details on your intake form.
You are encouraged to practice at your level and honor your body. Blisstopia Retreats is not liable for injuries.
Food Allergies/Dietary Restrictions: Each Retreat menu is prepared from scratch, and you may choose what best suits your lifestyle. Indicate food allergies or restrictions in detail on your Intake Form. We use organic and local ingredients whenever possible.
We appreciate your understanding when there are fewer options to choose from when personal dietary restrictions are involved. You are welcome to bring additional food, snacks, or beverages. We will store them for you.
Do You Offer Massage?
Yes! For the majority of our retreats we offer 1 hour massages. Massages are available on site with one of our talented massage therapists during retreats only. The suggested donation is $145 for 1 hour. Registration and full payment must be completed no later than 10 days from your retreat start date. (drop-in requests are not available) You will recieve additional information about our add-on services after you register. Suggested donations are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Credit card (a 3.5% transaction fee will be added for all credit card payments). Please remember to tip your therapist.
Do You Offer Healing Touch Therapy and or Reiki?
Yes! Sessions are available on-site with our talented & experienced Energy Healing Practitioner (Lana Royce). The suggested donation is $150 for 1 hour. Sign up before your retreat or during your stay. Your donation is due a minimum of 1 hour before service (drop-in requests may or may not be available) Suggested donations are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Credit card (a 3.5% transaction fee will be added for all credit card payments). Please remember to tip your practitioner.
What is the Minimum Age?
You must be 18 years of age or older to attend a retreat at Blisstopia Retreats.
- Exceptions can be made for Mother/Daughter events. (ages 16 & up)
What Are You Doing to Maintain Guest Wellness & Safety?
- We care about the safety and wellness of each and every one of our retreat guests as well as our staff
- Cross ventilation in the yoga studio and throughout the main Villa.
- Smaller group size of 6-17 guests total.
- Private rooms are available. Additional charge applies.
- Our Dining options include multiple places to enjoy your breakfast, lunch & dinner options.
- Blisstopia Retreats is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each retreat.
When and How Do I Make the Final Payment?
Final Payment/donation is due on or before 30 days prior to your retreat Check-in. Payments are accepted via Zelle, if you need to pay with (Venmo, PayPal, or Credit card a 3.5% transaction fee will be added for all credit card payments). Your reservation is subject to a late fee if payment is not submitted by the final due date of 5% of the total.
What is the Cancellation Policy for Attending an Event or a Retreat?
RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit:
100% refund for cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat start date.
50% refund for cancellations made 31–59 days before the retreat start date.
No refund for cancellations made 0–30 days before the retreat start date.
Remaining Balance & Full Payments:
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
If you paid in full and cancel 60+ days before the retreat start date, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you paid in full and cancel 31–59 days before the retreat start date, you’ll receive 50% of your deposit plus the balance paid.
If you cancel within 0–30 days, there is no refund.
Additional Terms:
No refunds or credits for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding this policy before booking.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case of unexpected cancellations.
In some cases, you may transfer your booking to another guest or apply it to a future retreat of similar value.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
15% Deposit is required to reserve your event date. Deposit is NON Refundable
Cancellations more than 121 days before the event: 100% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable Retainer/Donation.
Cancellations within 120 days or less: all payments, including the Retainer, are non-refundable.
What is the Cancellation Policy for Hosting a Retreat?
Cancellations
Once you have booked your dates with your 15% retainer, it is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 180 days before the retreat date: You’ll receive a full refund of any additional payments made, minus the non‑refundable retainer.
Cancellations made 179 days or fewer before the retreat date: No refunds will be issued.
Blisstopia reserves your retreat dates exclusively, which means we turn away other groups once your dates are booked. We understand that hosting can come with ups and downs. While low sign-ups, temporary loss of motivation, or personal discouragement aren’t eligible for cancellations or refunds, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to Blisstopia for guidance and strategies before making any decisions about your retreat.
Can I Join A Waitlist?
Yes! We'd love to have you join us if a spot opens up. Click the button "Join Waitlist." You will be contacted if and when a spot should open up. The suggested donation or a deposit will be due at that time to finalize your booking.
Will I have access to Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available. Some of our guests use the opportunity to take an optional digital detox. Our Dining Table and Yoga Studio are designated phone-free zones so we may honor our community.
What About Pets?
Unfortunately, due to liability issues, we are unable to accommodate pets, including emotional support animals.
Some guests may have personal issues or fears of animals like dogs and we do not want anyone to worry about this.
We do have a dog on site (Bodhi is his name, he is a healing dog) And we also have free-range chickens behind our RV garage to get your animal lover fix.
What if I Leave Personal Belongings at the Retreat?
If your item is found, we will contact you, & you will receive an invoice for shipping and handling. Once that is paid, it will be returned to you. Lost items are returned on the 1st of the month following your retreat.

We are hosts, chefs, healers, and experienced facilatators in the retreat industry. We do not typically hire yoga teachers or other healers for our retreats.

What do I need to bring with me?

3. A hat and sunglasses for when you're enjoying the outdoors.

Do you offer tours or drop in visits?
We do NOT offer drop in visits. We are a Private Membership Spiritual Retreat Center. The staff live on site and are the trustees of the ministry. We can do a live Zoom meeting - where we do a walking tour of the grounds, accomadations, and amenities that we have. This video can be used for promoting your upcomi g retreat.
We offer a general tour to retreat hosts that have committed to renting our facility.
