Blisstopia Institute is founded and led by Lana Anderson Royce and Mark Royce, both seasoned facilitators and guides with a combined four decades of experience in the healing and spiritual arts.
- Lana offers over 25 years of integrated expertise in yoga, energy work, somatic healing, psychotherapy, and mindfulness. Her approach is deeply intuitive, trauma-informed, and rooted in alignment—on and off the mat.
- Mark brings decades of experience as an expert martial arts instructor, personal trainer, nutritional guide & mentor, and regenerative health practitioner. His grounded presence and structured guidance help unlock your natural gifts and soul clarity.
