Blisstopia Yoga Sanctuary & Wellness Center is more than a place to practice yoga — it’s a living, breathing source of renewal that you can feel the moment you arrive. Nestled under the golden rays of the Arizona sun and surrounded by the stunning Sonoran Desert, our sanctuary radiates peace, light, and vitality that uplift every body and spirit.
Here, you step into a high-vibrational space where energy flows freely, helping you harmonize body, mind, and soul through mindful movement, breath, and stillness.
Founded by Lana Anderson-Royce, an experienced psychotherapist, yoga teacher, Reiki master, and sound bowl therapist with over 30 years of holistic healing expertise, Blisstopia Yoga Sanctuary & Wellness Center offers a rare blend of ancient wisdom, modern wellness practices, and a heart-centered community. Each class is crafted to guide you beyond the physical postures into deeper awareness, healing, and connection — both within yourself and to the world around you.

Blisstopia Yoga Sanctuary & Wellness Center features three inspired spaces designed for yoga,

spiritual workshops, trainings, and worship — each created to support healing, community, and

transformation in its own unique way:

  • The Retreat Center Sanctuary (Upper Level): A serene indoor retreat space designed for grounding, meditation, and focused movement. This peaceful sanctuary invites you to center your energy and reconnect with inner stillness.
  • The Outdoor Yoga Lawn: A breathtaking open-air space with soft synthetic grass, where you can practice beneath the Arizona sky and gaze toward Sunrise Mountain. Here, nature becomes part of your flow, infusing every breath with the expansive beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
  • The Unique Sanctuary Space: A sacred environment featuring a soft padded floor that’s gentle on the joints — perfect for healing, yoga sessions, breathwork, meditation, worship, self-defense, movement, and various workshops and circles. This vibrant, multi-purpose space serves as the heart of our growing Blisstopia community.

Here, the land itself becomes part of your practice — the desert wind against your skin, the glow of     sunlight, and the vast mountain views all merging with your breath to create a one-of-a-kind yoga       experience in Peoria, Arizona.
   Our
class offerings include a variety of practices such as Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini,

Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, Guided Breathwork, and Martial Arts–Inspired Movement. Each class is     guided by highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you awaken vitality, peace, and

presence. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, you’ll feel welcomed, supported,

   and inspired.
   At
Blisstopia Yoga Sanctuary & Wellness Center, we believe yoga is not just an exercise — it’s a

journey into joy, awareness, and transformation. Here in the stillness of the desert and the warmth of     our community, you’ll rediscover what it means to be fully alive.

“When people practice here, something shifts — the connection to nature, to breath, and to

themselves. You can feel it in the air, in the light, in the land… and it stays with you long after you

   leave.” — Lana, Founder
