When We Meet (Live on Zoom)
- Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM CST / 7:00 AM ET — slow, spacious warm-up into a steady flow
- Monday: 12:00 PM CST — midday reset
- Wednesday: 11:15 AM CST — late-morning recharge
Styles vary from Yin to Vinyasa Flow—we read the room and shape the practice for who’s present.

What to Expect
- Gentle arrivals, longer morning warm-ups, then either Yin release or an easeful flow

Bring: a mat, two blocks (or books), a strap (or scarf), and a blanket. Pajamas welcome.

With 25+ years of teaching, Lana’s approach is equal parts anatomy-smart and soul-aware. She blends restorative wisdom, breathwork, and grounded alignment to help you move like you—no forcing, no performative poses. Students say her cues feel like she knows exactly what they needed, and her classes feel like a conversation with your nervous system.
