HOW TO PREPARE

  • For online participants - be prepared and ready to go a minimum of 10 minutes before start time
  • Lie flat on your back (no pillow)
  • Use headphones or quality speakers
  • Be in a quiet, distraction-free space
  • Come with an open mind—and willingness to breathe deeply
  • In person guests - arrive 10-15 mins early - all instructions will be given during the introduction
