We rely on the generous support of our guests and community to continue offering this peaceful and healing sanctuary.

Basic Guidelines

To preserve the peaceful nature of Blisstopia, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following:

• Event Insurance is required for all bookings
• No Alcohol, Smoking, or Vaping
• No Drugs (legal or illegal substances are not permitted)
• No Children under 16
• No Outside Guests (daily visitors must be pre-approved)
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily

Accessibility Note:
Due to the natural layout of the villa, there are multiple steps and walkways. Unfortunately, Blisstopia is not wheelchair accessible.

Occupancy & Suggested Donations

• Accommodates 10–17 guests comfortably
• 17 beds total
• Maximum capacity is 22 (With preapproval and additional fees above 17 guests)
• 3-night minimum stay (during Peak Season)
• Optional: Add-on services by Blisstopia Staff (ask for details)

Peak Season (October 1 – May 31)

• Weeknight Rate (Sun–Thurs): $1,450 per night
• Weekend Rate (Fri–Sat): $1,850 per night
• Event Cleaning Fee: $500

Off-Peak Season (June 1 – Sept 30)

• Weeknight Rate (Sun–Thurs): $850 per night
• Weekend Rate (Fri–Sat): $1,150 per night
• Event Cleaning Fee: $500

Event Deposit

To secure your dates, we require a 20% deposit based on your total reservation.

Optional Meal Plans at Blisstopia Retreats

At Blisstopia Retreats, we offer optional meal plans to make your stay effortless and nourishing. Our experienced culinary team can prepare some or all of your meals during your retreat rental.

What We Offer:

• Ayurvedic-inspired meals prepared with love and intention
• Organic and gluten-free ingredients
• Vegan and vegetarian options available
• Meals can include beef, chicken, fish, or plant-based proteins—your choice
• Special requests (such as Salmon, Steak, or specialty items) are available for an additional fee.

Pricing (Suggested Donation Per Person, Per Meal):

• Breakfast – $18.50
  Includes a nourishing buffet of farm-fresh eggs from our on-site free-range chickens, seasonal fruits, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, and more.
• Lunch – $23.00
  Includes fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, homemade soups, salads, and wholesome wraps/sandwiches.
• Dinner – $29.50
  Includes a main dish with thoughtfully prepared sides and salads. All meals are organic, healthy, and made with care.

Meal Plan Includes:

• Grocery shopping and sourcing of ingredients
• Kitchen prep and meal preparation
• Meal announcements and guest service at designated times
• Optional partial or full serving of portions
• Cleanup and reset for the next meal

Important Notes:

• Final guest count and any dietary restrictions or allergies must be submitted at least 7 days before your retreat begins.
• Your suggested meal plan donation will be invoiced separately from your rental contract, and is due in full no later than 48 hours before check-in.
