Venue Guidelines

• Remove shoes upon entering the villa
• No parties: reasonable alcohol (e.g., glass of wine) allowed
• No smoking or vaping
• No drugs/substances
• No children under 16
• No outside guests (daily visitors require prior approval)
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guest check-in: 3:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM
• Potential early check-in for hosts (based on availability)
• Additional early/late hours: $75/hour

Accessibility: Due to villa layout, wheelchair accessibility is not available.

Private Membership Association and Donations

DECLARATION: provides and states that BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is NOT A PUBLIC ENTITY, i.e., BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is neither a public corporation, business, partnership, company, estate, joint stock company, statutory trust, estate, public association, nor any form of for-profit entity of any kind. BLISSTOPIA RETREATS is created as a separate, lawful, spiritual, and private organization operating as a Faith Based Ministry in accordance with Title 26 USC section 508c1a. 

All offerings—including yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Ayurveda, fitness sessions, and energy work—are provided in a private, spiritual-educational setting for members only and are not open to the general public.

Blisstopia Yoga, Blisstopia Wellness Center, and Blisstopia Institute are ministries operating under the umbrella of Blisstopia Retreats 508(c)(1)(a) Unincorporated Tax-Exempt Association/Faith Based Organization Wellness Ministry.

Participation in any Blisstopia activities signifies acceptance of and membership within our Private Membership Association. All services, events, and programs—including those offered under Blisstopia Yoga, Blisstopia Wellness Center, and Blisstopia Institute—are conducted in a private, spiritual-educational context and are available exclusively to registered private members.

Blisstopia Retreats relies solely on voluntary donations and contributions from its members to maintain the facilities, operations, and spiritual mission of Blisstopia.

By participating as a member, I understand that any funds transferred to Blisstopia—whether labeled as fees, tuitions, tickets, contributions, or otherwise, and whether processed through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, Wellness Living, or any other payment platform—are private member donations made in support of the ministry, and not commercial purchases from or sales to the general public.

Membership within Blisstopia’s PMA signifies that I understand and acknowledge this donation-based structure and agree that all offerings are provided as part of the ministry’s private member relationship.

Participation in any Blisstopia activity constitutes acknowledgment of, and voluntary membership within, this Private Membership Association.

Host Commitment & Marketing Responsibilities

* Host commitment & mindset

By securing your requested dates through a donation - retainer of 15% non‑refundable retainer, you confirm that you are fully committed to running your retreat at Blisstopia on the reserved dates.​

Retreats take time, energy, and consistent promotion; hosts agree not to get discouraged if sign‑ups start slowly and to stay engaged with the marketing process.

* Payment structure & responsibility

A 15% of the total rental Retainer Fee is required to secure your dates; this Retainer is applied to your total and cannot be refunded.​

For retreats booked 90 days or more before the start date, up to three installment payments may be arranged (set up at the discretion of Blisstopian Retreats Manager), with all payments due on or before the agreed‑upon dates.​

* Alignment of your pricing with our terms

Hosts agree to structure their own guest pricing and payment plans so that participant deposits and payments cover each installment owed to Blisstopia as it comes due.​

Hosts understand that they are responsible for their own profit margins, and that renting Blisstopia is a professional venue commitment similar to renting a retreat center or private estate.​

* Marketing effort & success actions

Hosts agree to treat their retreat like a real Business launch: planning at least 8–12 weeks of consistent outreach, including social media, email, conversations with clients, and in‑person event promotion.

* Hosts commit to:

·      Talking about the retreat regularly in classes/sessions

·      Posting and emailing about the event on a steady schedule

·      Following up personally with likely participants and warm leads

       We highly recommend you list Blisstopia Retreats on your marketing and social media, we have almost 20,000 followers and our followers are                 always interested in our upcoming retreats.

Cancellations & changes

To Secure dates for your retreat or event – a non-refundable 15% Retainer/Donation is required at the time of booking.

If your reserved dates are more than 90 days out, we can set up a payment plan for you to pay your balance.

• If canceled more than 180 days from retreat date = full refund of any additional payments collected less retainer.
• If cancelled 179 days or less No Refunds

Because Blisstopia holds your dates exclusively and turns away other groups, cancellations are very difficult to rebook inside 120–180 days​

Hosts acknowledge that loss of momentum, slower‑than‑expected sign‑ups, or personal discouragement are not valid reasons for cancellation or retainer/donation refund, and agree to reach out to Blisstopia for support and strategy rather than abandoning the retreat.
