Blisstopia Retreats is a private, serene desert mountain sanctuary designed for wellness retreats, teacher trainings, and intentional gatherings. Whether you are planning a yoga retreat, healing immersion, or transformational training, our property offers a sacred space for rest, renewal, and connection.
A Sacred Space for Healing and Connection
Blisstopia Retreats is a donation-based spiritual wellness center. Your suggested donations directly support the care, maintenance, and energetic integrity of this sacred space. We welcome approved groups who are aligned with intentional living, healing, and conscious community.
Commitment & Reservation Requirements
Reserving Blisstopia Retreats is a commitment to both your vision and your ability to successfully fill your retreat.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your retreat dates. This ensures your reservation is held and the property is removed from availability for other potential hosts.
Before applying, we ask that you are fully committed and confident in your ability to promote and fill your retreat with the number of participants needed to cover your costs and generate your intended income.
If you are aligned, prepared, and ready to move forward, we encourage you to apply by completing the Retreat Host Application.
Important Note on Promotion
Blisstopia Retreats does not promote host-led retreats and cannot list your retreat on our website. This is a direct conflict of interest, as we also host and operate our own retreats and programs. All marketing, promotion, and participant enrollment are the sole responsibility of the retreat host.

Rental Guidelines
To preserve the peaceful and intentional environment:
- Maximum overnight occupancy: 18 guests
- No children under 16
- No outside guests without prior approval
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No smoking, vaping, drugs, or disruptive parties
- Shoes removed inside the villa
- Credit card required on file for incidentals/damages
- Property is not wheelchair accessible
Accommodations
Shared accommodations are spread across five bedrooms with 17 beds total. The layout supports group experiences while maintaining comfort and flow.
- Second level: yoga/ceremonial/worship space, sauna, laundry
- Main level: Harmony Room (host suite with private bathroom)
Suggested Donation Rates
All pricing is based on suggested donations.
Peak Season (October 1 – May 31)
- Weeknight: $1,250 per night
- Weekend: $1,650 per night
- 3-night minimum
- Cleaning fee: $500
- Early/late check-in/out: $75 per hour
Off-Peak Season (June 1 – September 30)
- Weeknight: $850 per night
- Weekend: $1,050 per night
- 2-night minimum
- Cleaning fee: $500
- Early/late check-in/out: $50 per hour
Extended stay discounts and retreat packages may be available. Offers cannot be combined.
Meal Plan Service
Optional Ayurvedic-inspired, organic, gluten-free meal service is available. Vegan, vegetarian, and protein-based options can be customized.
Suggested donation per person, per meal:
- Breakfast: $18.50
- Lunch: $23.00
- Dinner: $29.50
- Brunch: $29.50
Meal service includes grocery sourcing, preparation, service, and cleanup. Final guest count and dietary needs must be submitted in advance. Premium requests may incur additional cost.
Transportation
Blisstopia Retreats does not provide airport transportation. Uber and Lyft are the most convenient options from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
