Reservation Process: 

Once approved a NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of 15% of the total rental is required to hold your reservation. 

If more than 90 days from the retreat date out – A payment plan can be set up with 2-4 additional payments can be set up. 

Final payment is due in full on or before 30 days before the arrival date.

Rental Cancellation Policy: 

To Reserve dates for your retreat a 15% retainer/deposit is required, this is non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 180 days before the retreat date: You’ll receive a full refund of any additional payments made, minus the non‑refundable retainer.

Cancellations made 179 days or fewer before the retreat date: No refunds will be issued.

Blisstopia reserves your retreat dates exclusively, which means we turn away other groups once your dates are booked. We understand that hosting can come with ups and downs. While low sign-ups, temporary loss of motivation, or personal discouragement aren’t eligible for cancellations or refunds, we’re here to support you. Please consider all options, and possibilities before you secure your dates, and please reach out to Blisstopia for guidance and strategies before making any decisions about your retreat.

Rental Disclosure
When renting Blisstopia Retreats, the rental agreement grants exclusive use of the entire retreat center premises, including, without limitation, the two-story villa, all interior amenities within the villa, the surrounding landscaped grounds, patio areas, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, labyrinth, outdoor yoga deck, and direct hiking trail access from the main gate.

Please note that the casita (designated as the owners’ private residence) and the RV garage, which are part of Blisstopia Yoga, are excluded from the rental and remain private and off-limits to guests throughout the duration of the rental period.
